“Hope” is the thing with feathers

“Hope” is the thing with feathers –
That perches in the soul –
And sings the tune without the words –
And never stops – at all –
And sweetest – in the Gale – is heard –
And sore must be the storm –
That could abash the little Bird
That kept so many warm –
I’ve heard it in the chilliest land –
And on the strangest Sea –
Yet – never – in Extremity,
It asked a crumb – of me.
The puppies are 8 weeks today – and some have started their new journeys and there are a few pups that will stay a bit longer with us before their new journeys begin. At HGT we want to wish all our KokoBo families lots of luck, many wet-kisses and that beautiful feeling of hope – like that of the invisible little bird, to always surround you and your new HGT puppy. It is my hope that you train your puppy – take the pup to some socialization classes – you will be amazed at what you will learn – the puppy will only have a good time. You will soon learn how you will be the person the pup longs to please and is truly dedicated to. As you have already seen, I have worked with the puppies – and they all passed my training with ‘high-paw-5’s” so if they continue the puppy training they will excel and your dog-friends will be amazed! The next level would be that of agility – labs love agility – you show them once or twice and they are off.
Please always send us pictures and videos – we will highlight all these wonderful moments on our website as we have with our previous litters. Also, always feel certain that we are only one call away. If you need – really – anything pertaining to our puppy, just call us and we will try our best to help you. The first video is of our homegrown Blu/Jake – he has recuperated and has bounced back into action. “Hope” was truly on this little pup’s side and I am pleased with his recovery but more importantly amazed at his zest for life and his willingness to please and to carry on… Also Click on the video below to see our homegrown Colbie who has mastered the hunt+return command from her owner, Joe. Colbie is a beautiful lab from Koko’s 2nd litter that truly encompasses the ‘hope’ – that thing with feathers!
