All products purchased through this website are subject to a no return policy. Buyer must be aware of and adhere to this policy when purchasing the products shown on this website. We cannot accept a return as to the nature of our products. When our dog collars and leads are placed on your dog, it will acquire your dog’s scent and we will not be able to re-sell the item. Further our biscuits are made with the best gluten free ingredients, so there should never be a problem with the taste or the packaging. We have never had a problem and do not foresee any problems with any of our products.
