Those who ….Yonder…are NOT lost:*)

Yonder is for finding new things in different places that ultimately … please! Wander is more of an open-minded thing. So we thought we would be different and use the word, yonder, because to us at HGT, yonder is better – especially when we are introducing a new toy and placing it …yonder for the pups to find and enjoy.
We saw this amazing toy sprinkler at a retail store in our area and even though, I assume, it’s intended use was for the smaller human, it was a blast with the puppies and all the HGT dogs. All our HGT families need to pick one up. You still need to supervise the puppies as they can hurt themselves with the hose or if the water pressure is a little high, so have fun with them – we did! It was close to 90 degrees today so it was a pleasurable pastime! Enjoy the pics. Pam
For those of you who want to know where the original saying came from – please enjoy the poem by JRR Tolkien in The Lord of the Rings.
‘All that is gold does not glitter ‘ – J.R.R. Tolkien
‘All that is gold does not glitter’All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost. From the ashes a fire shall be woken, A light from the shadows shall spring; Renewed shall be blade that was broken, The crownless again shall be king. J.R.R. Tolkien |
