TIME – Week 4
Written by Pam on April 26, 2015
How time has passed and our golden grands are just about 4 weeks old. They are doing remarkably well…They are realizing that they have the greatest sense of feeling is through their mouths – they yawn to take in new scents, they start to spar with an open mouth to better understanding each other and their new surroundings. This is the start of ‘mouthing’ that each pup goes through. When we extend a hand to pick them up or to stroke their fur, we are greeted not only with a wagging tail but with an open mouth – the pups gently feel the softness of our touch, the feeling of our skin but most importantly to understand that we are different than that of their furry siblings. Look closely at the pictures below – you can see their deciduous teeth or baby teeth coming in, the mouthing that is taking place but also see the happiness they express at only 4 weeks!…Enjoy, Pam
I wanted to share another one of my treasured poems entitled Time. This poem unfortunately has an anonymous poet.
Time is…
Too slow for those who Wait,
Too swift for those who Fear,
Too long for those who Grieve,
Too short for those who Rejoice;
But for those who Love,
Time is…
Eternity.
