Unleash the Trust…The Currency of Love
Written by Pam on April 29, 2015
I just heard from one of our HGT families who own one of our beautiful KokoBo puppies. I just love what Dusty is all about. She has graduated from puppy school and she has learned the rules of the road – that is when she is both on-lead and off-lead. Dusty has always displayed her affection while she was here with us – always by being the pup that always wanted affection and constantly returned the affection by licking all of our faces! Now her willingness to please is unsurpassed as she shows her human family that natural obedience that I love to see in all our puppies. The embedded video shows Dusty learning how to swim, how to return without being told, and to return with her favorite stick.
I am all about teaching the puppy or the dog the do’s and don’ts but once they are equipped and know what is expected of them – then they should be able to be free and unleashed while being supervised. In our society, we have to abide by those signs… Here in CT there are plenty of signs, so we always need to have the dogs on long – actually very – very long leads when we go swimming and I am so happy to learn that there are some places in this world of ours that understand that our dogs do not need to be held at the end of a long lead to be obedient!
I wanted our HGT families to know that we are currently in production for a truly wonderful dog collar system that we have created here at HGT. This will take all the visual burdens off my mind as well as the weight burden off my hands when we go for our long walks and our surprise jolts to the nearest lake. We will be offering them at a fair price only through our website. I would imagine they will be available in the next three months or so so keep reading our blogs – they are exceptional – beautiful – dog collar systems :*)
Below is a movie of our Dusty and her amazing family :*)
Below is a portion of the quote by Roger Caras. Just a few lines of type that truly sum up the love and devotion our dogs have for each one of us :*)
Dogs have given us their absolute all.
We are the center of their universe.
We are the focus of their love and faith and trust.
It is without a doubt the best deal man has ever made.
